This Waterborne Acrylic Emulsion presents as a milky white liquid, with core specifications optimized for practical application: solid content of 40±1%, pH value ranging from 7.0 to 9.0 (25oC), minimum film-forming temperature (MFFT) below 7oC, and viscosity less than 500 mPa·s (25oC, Brookfield). When stored in sealed original containers within 5~30 ℃, it maintains stability for 6 months at 20oC; freezing or exposure to temperatures above 30oC, as well as contamination by bacteria, fungi or algae, may impair its performance.
