The Waterborne Cationic Ink-absorbing Coating presents a milky white or light yellow liquid with a solid content of 25±2% (Wt). It has a pH value of 4.0-6.0 (25°C) and a viscosity of less than 2500 mPa·s (25°C, Brookfield). It can be stored stably for 3 months under the condition of intact original packaging at 20°C, and the suitable storage temperature is 5°C-30°C. It is a water-based functional coating that integrates ink-absorbing layer and release layer dual functions, matching the ink and process conditions of DTF textile digital printing.
