Innovative Solutions for High-Performance Packaging, Decorative Films and PVC Applications
We are committed to developing high-performance resin solutions that respond directly to the evolving needs of the coating, packaging and decorative materials industries.
Based on extensive market research, close cooperation with leading customers and multiple rounds of formulation optimization, we are proud to introduce three new products: H098-30, U235 and H215.
Each product has been developed with a specific application challenge in mind—from high-gloss and high-temperature-resistant transfer coatings to fingerprint-resistant matte surfaces and high-performance PVC film coatings.
H098-30 is a high-performance composite resin developed specifically for premium transfer coating applications, particularly tipping paper and high-end cigarette packaging.
The product was developed through close collaboration with industry-leading customers to meet three critical requirements: excellent transfer performance, outstanding gloss and high-temperature resistance.
After transfer, H098-30 can maintain its non-blocking performance at temperatures above 400°C, while providing excellent film formation and a high-quality visual appearance. At a dry film weight of 1.4 g/m², its 60° gloss can reach 61–69, creating a distinctive mirror-like finish.
Its key advantages include:
Excellent high-temperature resistance — maintains non-sticking performance above 400°C after transfer.
High-gloss appearance — delivers a premium, mirror-like surface effect.
Excellent transfer performance — suitable for high-speed industrial production.
Strong adhesion and complete pattern transfer — supporting consistent coating quality.
Good processing compatibility — suitable for demanding transfer coating applications.
H098-30 is an ideal choice for customers looking to enhance both the appearance and functional performance of premium packaging materials.
U235 was developed to address one of the most common challenges of high-end matte surfaces: visible fingerprints and sweat marks.
Traditional matte coatings can provide an attractive velvet-like appearance, but fingerprints can remain clearly visible after handling. U235 uses a specially designed surface-energy control technology and a unique matting system to achieve a balance between soft matte aesthetics, fingerprint absorption and surface cleanliness.
On OPP laminated paper, U235 provides a fine and uniform matte appearance with a soft velvet-like visual effect. It also demonstrates good anti-blocking, water resistance and scratch resistance.
In practical fingerprint tests, U235 absorbs fingerprints significantly faster than conventional reference samples, leaving much lighter marks that disappear more easily. This allows the surface to quickly return to a clean and attractive appearance.
Key benefits include:
Fast fingerprint absorption
Soft and uniform matte appearance
Velvet-like surface effect
Good water and scratch resistance
Good anti-blocking performance
Excellent surface cleanliness and visual consistency
For applications where both premium appearance and resistance to visible fingerprints are important, U235 provides an effective solution, particularly for OPP laminated paper, premium packaging and decorative applications.
When higher adhesion requirements are needed, U235 can be used together with DBD additive to significantly improve adhesion performance.
H215 is a customized resin developed specifically for the PVC decorative and building-material film industry.
The product was designed around real-world production requirements, including strong immediate adhesion to PVC substrates, compatibility with both DBD-treated and untreated substrates, good film formation and a controlled matte appearance.
One of the major advantages of H215 is its ability to achieve 100% immediate adhesion on PVC substrates without corona treatment, helping simplify the production process while reducing energy consumption and processing costs.
H215 also offers:
Strong adhesion without corona treatment
Excellent water and alcohol resistance
Outstanding rub resistance
Good anti-blocking performance
Smooth and uniform film formation
No powdering or coating loss
Excellent compatibility with multiple substrates
Soft, refined matte and skin-touch surface feel
After DBD curing, H215 demonstrates improved water and alcohol resistance and performs well on a range of substrates, including PVC decorative film, aluminum laminated paper and OPP laminated paper. Compared with the U234-A2 series, H215 offers broader substrate compatibility and improved overall performance.

With the launch of H098-30, U235 and H215, we are expanding our resin portfolio with solutions designed around specific customer requirements:
H098-30 focuses on high gloss, high-temperature resistance and excellent transfer performance, making it particularly suitable for premium tipping paper and high-end packaging.
U235 focuses on fingerprint absorption and refined matte aesthetics, helping premium surfaces remain cleaner and more attractive during everyday handling.
H215 focuses on PVC substrate compatibility, strong adhesion, durability and cost efficiency, providing a flexible solution for decorative and building-material films.
These products represent our approach to resin development: understand the customer's application, identify the real production challenge, and develop a practical solution that delivers both performance and commercial value.
We welcome customers, converters and coating manufacturers to contact us for technical data, samples and application testing.
Let’s work together to develop better-performing coating solutions for the next generation of packaging and decorative materials.
